Update on the Montgomery's

I thought I would give you a brief update on what has been going on in our lives.  I finished chemo on June 10th and then had surgery on July 1st.  David surprised me by showing up on June 1st so he was there with me for the end of chemo and surgery.  My surgery went well and the pathology report gave us the news we wanted.  I can now say I am a Breast Cancer Survivor.  I  start radiation soon and will take 36 treatments. I am not looking forward to it but I am sure it will be a breeze.  David will be back home in December and our plans are for me to go back to Malaysia with him in January.  Hopefully things will go as planned and we can visit some new places in Malaysia and start posting pictures again.

Status of Montgomerys In Malaysia Blog

As most of you know I was diagnosed with breast cancer on December 14th.  Due to four months of chemo, surgery and seven weeks of radiation I will not be going back to Malaysia at this time.  David will return on January 9th.  If he goes anywhere exciting and takes some pictures I will be glad to post them but more than likely there will not be any post to the blog for several months.  I will be sure and keep you posted when I go back to Malaysia.
